Introduction

SuperCroc's massive head.

Walking the Earth over 90 million years ago, and weighing as much as 8 metric tons was the vicious creature whose name was "SuperCroc." More than 40 feet long, SuperCroc took down everything that stood in its way. It was long as a school bus! Maybe even longer! Its jaw alone was nearly 6 feet long with more than 100 of the sharpest and most powerful teeth. They were short, but really strong. Dinosaurs bowed down in the presence of this creature. Even the Tyrannosaurus Rex, who was thought to be the "king of the dinosaurs," trembled in fear as it leaps away from this dinosaur-eating monster. 

My Opinion

In my opinion, SuperCroc was the most undefeated creature to step foot on this Earth. According to Peter Wrinkler,"SuperCroc wore serious armor. Huge plates of bone, called scutes, covered the animal's back. Hundreds of them lay just below the skin. A single scute from the back could be a foot long!" This must mean that SuperCroc was very protected from his scutes on his back. He could have easily taken over the world due to his strength. But, as Peter stated in his article, " After all, a monster that big needs plenty of room in which to live. Disease or disaster could have wiped out the species pretty quickly."

1. SuperCroc was about 40 feet long.
